We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice by posting updated terms of use on the website. The terms and conditions that will apply to your order are the terms and conditions that are available on the website when we accept your order. For this reason, we encourage you to review these terms and conditions each time you purchase products from us or use our website.

Cherry On Top hours of trade
We are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST.

We offer a number of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, bank transfer or deposit, and Paypal. 
 We do not offer layby.

All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email within an hour of purchase. If you have not received confirmation via email, please try placing your order again or contact customer service at hello@cherryontopshop.com.au to confirm the placement of your order.

We ensure at all times that your personal and bank account information are kept private and secure.

Shipping charges
We are currently offering FREE shipping on all orders within Australia more than $150. The fee for standard delivery is $9.95 and $16.95 for express delivery within Australia.

Large or bulky shipments may not be subject to our standard shipping charges. In these instances, we will contact you with a shipping quote before dispatch of your order.

If you require International shipping, please contact us at hello@cherryontopshop.com.au with the details of your order and address, and we will provide a shipping quote to you based on postage weight.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 business-hours.

You can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business-days with standard shipping and 1-2 business-days with express shipping. 

In our experience though, orders placed via standard shipping are delivered to most major cities as follows:

- Brisbane city and surrounds: approximately 2 business-days;
- Sydney city and surrounds: approximately 3 business-days;
- Melbourne city and surrounds: approximately 4 business-days;
- Adelaide city and surrounds: approximately 5 business-days;
- Perth city and surrounds: approximately 7 to 8 business-days.

Please allow extra time for deliveries at peak times (for example, Christmas and Easter).

Items that are marked as ‘pre-order’ will be shipped when stock is replenished. Orders containing pre-order items will be delivered in one shipment when the pre-order item is available.

When your order is dispatched, you with receive an email from us advising that your parcel is on its way.

You may be required to sign for the package as proof of delivery.

Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from Australia Post containing a Tracking ID. You can use this Tracking ID to track your parcel on Australia Post’s website.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Changes and cancellations
All orders placed via our website are considered final. If you wish to add an item after placing your order, and before it is shipped, please contact customer service at hello@cherryontopshop.com.au as soon as possible.

All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. The goods must be returned unused and unopened in their original condition and packaging. Please also provide your original receipt as proof of purchase.

All ‘change of mind’ returns must be shipped and handled at the customer's own cost. Cherry On Top is not responsible or liable for any goods lost or damaged in transit and therefore recommends registered post for all returns. Please also ensure that special care is taken to protect the product when returning it in the post. (Refunds or exchanges are not permitted on sale items.) Further shipping fees will apply to exchanges.

We aim to refund your purchase within 7 business-days of receiving the returned goods in their original condition.

Please note that we are also unable to refund or replace items that are lost or damaged in transit.

‘Return to sender’ parcels
Please take care to enter the correct address details when you order. If a parcel comes back to us marked 'return to sender' there is a $25 Australia Post fee to send it to you again. Similarly, if you return unwanted items to us by 'return to sender' a fee of $25 will be deducted from your credit.

Availability of goods
From time to time, some highly popular items may run out of stock. We are constantly replenishing our stock. Please contact us if an item you want is out of stock and we will let you know once its back.

Now and then, due to an inventory system error, one or more of your ordered items may be unavailable. In this instance, you will be refunded for the item(s) and any remaining items will be shipped to you.

Items marked ‘pre-order’ are accepted.

We are proud to stock a wide range of party decor from boutique Australian and International brands. We strive our hardest to stock products that are on trend and unique in the market.

All products listed are described to the best of our abilities and the specifications reflect the information that has been provided to us. All care is taken to ensure this information is correct, but we can’t eliminate the possibility of error.

All photographs and content on this website are copyright and owned by Cherry On Top. Unauthorised use of photographs and material is prohibited.

All foil balloons are delivered without helium.
